Olivia Jecklin

Olivia’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, government investigations and enforcement matters, internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense. Olivia’s practice also includes healthcare transactional and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining AEL, Olivia was an associate in the litigation department of a top-ranked international law firm where she worked on large civil litigation matters as well as government enforcement and white collar criminal investigations.

Olivia is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School, magna cum laude, where she received an award for Excellence in Health Law. During law school, Olivia was the Senior Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and interned with the legal department at Quest Diagnostics. She received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology with Departmental Honors from the Commonwealth Honors College at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
