Katherine is an experienced appellate attorney and trial advocate. Her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government investigations and enforcement matters, False Claims Act litigation, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining AEL, Katherine served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office where she served in both the Appeals Division and Trial Division. She briefed and argued dozens of cases before intermediate appellate courts and before the New York Court of Appeals, and supervised the investigation and prosecution of misdemeanor and felony crimes. She is an accomplished written and oral advocate and a detail-oriented investigator. Before becoming a prosecutor, Katherine served as a Law Clerk in the Superior Court of Massachusetts.
Katherine is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law.
