Nafeesah Attah

Nafeesah’s practice focuses on representing both institutional and individual clients in complex commercial litigation, government investigations and enforcement matters, internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense.

Prior to joining AEL, Nafeesah was a litigation associate at a top-ranked litigation boutique and a large multinational law firm where she worked on government investigations, antitrust, and complex civil cases.

Nafeesah received her J.D., cum laude, from Howard University School of Law where she was the Senior Articles Editor of the Howard Law Journal and a Henry Ramsey Dean’s Fellow. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
